If your bone is good and the implant bone connection is stable (Primary stability) when the implant is placed is good, your teeth can be replaced immediately.
Suppose, if the primary stability of the implant is not good or additional procedures like bone grafting, sinus lifting etc. has to be done, then allow time implant and bone to join, maybe 4 to 6 months, and then fix teeth into the implants.
Cost of an implant depends on the following factors
–Quality/Brand
-Type of teeth
-Additional procedures
-Computer guided or not

Computer guided implants are done with a computer guided surgical stent which guides the dentist in implant placement vases on preplanned placement in a computer. That cost of the stent will be additional.
The price ranges from clinic to clinic and from city to city, but usually ranges around 20,000 to 25,000 for a normal implant and around 40,000 to 45,000 for high quality/branded implant.
And this cost is without including additional procedures like bone grafting, computer guided stents.
